戒掉坏习惯的一个方法：

有些人想戒烟戒酒，但总是戒不掉。

知道吃甜、咸或辣对身体不好，但总有忍不住。

这是因为你的心理身份是一个喜欢抽烟喝酒、或吃甜吃咸吃辣的人，用行为对抗身份，几乎必然失败。

你需要做的只是把自己当成一个不喜欢抽烟的人，不喜欢喝酒的人，或不喜欢吃甜吃咸吃辣的人。

你不仅要这样想自己，而且可以经常这样说。

想的多了说的多了，心理身份改变了，行为自然改变。

下次吃饭时试一试，别人让你吃点甜食，你就说自己不喜欢甜东西。
